How is Murmur different from Stack Exchange?

What are some of the salient features of Murmur that differentiate it from Stack Exchange?

Currently, it acts very much like a typical mailing list with a web interface (not too different from Google Groups). We're still working on adding the more social features that we've discussed, such as upvotes and following and the like. I will post updates here when we get new features that are ready to test!

Those would be excellent. Is there is a issue tracker for Murmur?

Yep, it's here:
https://github.com/haystack/mailx/issues

Longer term features and enhancements haven't been filed yet however. I'll be getting around to adding those soon.
