Hey folks, Elena again, I had a whole diffrent experience when i visited Tajakistan last month and I am going to tell you each and everything in detail about how the country treated me, how good & supportive were the people and how I learnt about dysmenorrhia issue from an absoluetly brillient website called elfwoman. The movement I got land on this core islamic country, I never thought that this experience might haunt me for the rest of my life. It won't be an exasseration as I say that at one particular point of time I almost gave up on my life. I have been to many countries but Tajakistan was more on the anti woman side. people there were less educated and very comfortable in there own era where woman were treated as second class citizen. they left no stone unturned to make it root in my each vein and I am a woman and hence deserved this weird treatment. apart from these attrocities, I had to go trough language barriers too. Else I was unlucky enough to go through heavy menstrual pain ie. dysmenorrhia (https://elfwoman.com/expertpanel/dysmenorrhea-painful-cramps/) and to the top of it, the doctors there were less vigilent towards romanian traveller like me. I felt like I am gonna die on this horrible land and my soul will be cursing me to take the wrong decision. All thanks to the internet and to elfwoman who made me aware about the home remedies for this problem, I am still alive and visiting russia next week. will me sharing the experience with you guys pretty soon.
