The ketogenic diet is different from Atkins

What to eat in a ketogenic diet

A ketogenic diet is actually a high-fat diet and should include 20 to 50 grams of carbohydrates per day. But for everyone, the amount of calories and other macronutrients must be calculated individually, so this example of a ketogenic diet may not be suitable for everyone.

However, in the ketogenic diet, the consumption of the following carbohydrates is generally prohibited:
-Brown sugar
- Fruits and energy drinks
- Whole grains, including oats, wheat, barley and edible quinoa seeds
- All breads

 Note that this is just an example of a ketogenic diet, but the example of my ketogenic diet is not the specialized ketogenic diet of Dr. Roshan Zamir, what I do in the online ketogenic diet is different by providing only a list of foods. Breakfast: 2 slices of chicken + lettuce + 1 pickle + 1 tomato + 1 glass of electrolyte
Snack: {1 cup of coffee + 1 tablespoon of breakfast cream jam + authorized sweetener} + 5 hazelnuts + 1 cup of sweetened tea with authorized sweetener
Lunch: 2 skewers + 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar + 1 salad of lettuce, cabbage, cucumber and tomato
Snack: 2 cucumbers + mint + 1 handful of pumpkin seeds
Dinner: half a fried chicken breast + vegetable salad allowed + 1 tablespoon homemade mayonnaise + 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Sample ketogenic diet; Day 3:
Breakfast: 2 tablespoons high-fat cream cheese + 2 walnuts + 2 salted cucumbers + sweetened tea with licorice such as stevia + 1 glass of electrolyte
Snack: {1 cup of coffee + 1 tablespoon of breakfast cream + authorized sweetener} + 5 strawberries
Lunch: 2 skewers of roast chicken + 1 tomato + 2 tablespoons of butter jam + 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
In between Serving: 2 cucumbers / a handful of pumpkin seeds
Dinner: 2 cans of tuna matches with oil + a bowl of lettuce

Snack: 6 almonds + 15 cherries
Dinner: Shrimp salad + 1 bowl of chopped lettuce + 1 pickle + 15 shrimp + 2 tablespoons homemade mayonnaise

Breakfast: omelet with 2 eggs, 1 tomato and 1 tablespoon hot onion + 1 glass of electrolyte
Snack: 1 cup of sweetened tea with authorized sweetener / ginger tea

Breakfast: 2 grated boiled eggs + 1 grated pickle + 1 tablespoon homemade mayonnaise + 1 glass of electrolyte
Snack: 1 small handful of almonds + {Half a tablespoon of chia seeds + saffron + stevia + mint + tea}
Lunch: celery stew with 3 chicken fillets + 3 glasses of celery + 1 tablespoon of tomato paste + 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

Snack: {Half a tablespoon of chia seeds + saffron + stevia + mint + tea + cinnamon + ginger} + 1 small handful of almonds

Dinner: chicken dish with 2 chicken fillets and onions + half a glass + half a glass of salted cucumber + salt + thyme powder + 1 tablespoon olive oil + 1 tablespoon mayonnaise + 1 tablespoon cream cheese + 1 tablespoon Apple vinegar

Even note that a ketogenic diet is not recommended in the short term because the first few days (about the first week) are only when the body is adapting to the diet and going into the fat intake phase. And after these few days, the regime is just starting to work, and it is better to maintain these conditions. In fact, to achieve the result, you have to stay in this phase, which is called the ketosis phase, for a few weeks or even a few months.
